Coconut Hot Marshmallows and Hot Chocolate

Summer may have shown its face way too early, but nights are still cool enough to enjoy something warm. From soups to drinks, I’m getting my fix of these delectable foods before it’s too late.

In Georgia, we only experience these warm days and cold nights in the spring and fall. The weather is perfect—my absolute favorite time of year. Lately, I’ve been cooking up some hot chocolate to accompany my new obsession: Sweet & Sara vegan marshmallows. They remind me of the tasty William Sonoma marshmallows, but they’re animal friendly. The variety pack comes with a few different flavors, including strawberry, toasted coconut, pecan and, of course, plain. With or without hot chocolate, they’re oh so good.
