I took a tabletop photography and styling class a few months ago with CAMP Workshops, an ongoing collaboration between many talented folks to create meaning and purpose through art, photography, crafts and more. My friend Ali of Ali Harper Photography taught the photography portion of the class while stylistGinny Branch handled the styling.
The class was held at Ali’s house at Serenbe, which was the perfect setting. We started with breakfast and mimosas while Ali and Ginny took us through the basics of both styling and photography. After breaking for lunch, we were hands on watching Ali and Ginny do their thing and also styling and taking photos ourselves. The great thing about the class was that there were so many diverse and talented artists, from people just starting out to professionals. The class was such a learning experience and gave me so much perspective on the creative industry.
I met so many interesting and lovely people, and my photography continues to improve thanks to the skills I learned at CAMP.
